This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an engagement with FNL Services.
You may cancel any engagement before the kick-off call and receive a full refund, less a 5% transaction-handling fee. Email support@fnlserv.com with your order ID and intent to cancel.
For project-based engagements (e.g., pitch decks, websites, branding) cancelled after kick-off, refunds are pro-rated based on the work completed. Deliverables created until cancellation belong to you upon settlement.
For monthly retainers (e.g., performance marketing, social media management), you may cancel with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations without notice will be billed for the next cycle.
We reserve the right to cancel an engagement and issue a full refund if (a) the scope of the work falls outside our expertise; (b) we identify a conflict of interest; (c) the client engagement violates our Acceptable Use or Anti-Money-Laundering principles.
Micro-services (₹100–₹5,000) may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, only if delivery has not yet started. Once we begin work, no refund is available.
