FNL Services provides advisory, consultancy, and creative services. We do not ship physical goods. This Delivery Policy explains how digital services are delivered, expected timelines, and applicable charges.
Our deliverables are intangible — pitch decks, valuation reports, marketing strategies, designs, websites, social-media content, advisory sessions, and similar professional outputs. They are delivered digitally over email, shared cloud folders (Google Drive / Dropbox), or scheduled video calls.

There are no separate delivery or shipping charges. All applicable taxes (GST) are included in the package price displayed at checkout.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, internet/utility outages, government actions). We will keep you informed and reschedule promptly.
We serve clients across India and selected international markets. Engagements are conducted remotely. There are no PIN-code restrictions on digital services.
If a deliverable doesn't reach you (incorrect email, full inbox, etc.), contact us at support@fnlserv.com and we'll resend it without additional charge.
