We provide investment-consultancy and marketing-agency services to founders, businesses, and individuals.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a contract under Indian law to engage our services. Services purchased on behalf of a company are deemed authorised by that company.
Our services include but are not limited to startup funding advisory, business valuation, investor connections, financial structuring, performance marketing, social media marketing, website development, branding, and small-ticket "micro-services". The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the package description on this website or in a separate scope-of-work document agreed between us.
We are advisors, not regulated brokers or fund managers. We do not provide investment recommendations on listed securities, accept money for investment, or manage assets. Where we connect founders to investors, we do so as introducers; the investment decision rests entirely with the parties.
All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final payable amount, including any taxes, is shown to you at checkout before payment. Payments are processed via a third-party UPI payment gateway. We do not store any card, banking, or UPI credentials on our servers.
An order is treated as confirmed only when we receive a successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway via webhook. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is verified.
Service timelines are mentioned on each service / package page. Once payment is confirmed, our team will reach out within two (2) business days to schedule a kick-off call and begin delivery as per the package timeline. Delivery may be impacted by client-side delays in providing required information, reviews, or approvals.
You agree to (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) respond to requests for inputs, reviews, or approvals within reasonable time; (c) not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity; (d) hold all required licences, registrations, and approvals for your business.
Final deliverables (decks, reports, designs, code, copy) become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymised case studies and aggregate insights for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing. Pre-existing tools, templates, methodologies, and frameworks remain our intellectual property.
We treat all non-public client information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties except (a) where required by law; (b) where you have explicitly authorised disclosure (e.g., warm investor introductions); (c) to vetted sub-contractors bound by confidentiality.
Investment consultancy outcomes (such as raising capital, securing investor commitments, or specific valuation outcomes) depend on market conditions, the founder's execution, and the investor's discretion. We do not guarantee fundraising success, specific investor commitments, or marketing performance metrics. Where we publish historical outcomes, they are illustrative and do not guarantee similar future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages including loss of profits, business, or data.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
You may not use our services to (a) commit fraud or money laundering; (b) finance prohibited goods or activities (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, lottery, adult content, unlicensed tobacco/alcohol, etc.); (c) circumvent securities or payment laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to our Grievance Redressal mechanism, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
